My name is Oyindamola Oyinlola. I worked for Hyperion Global Services Ltd and did an Online Training Course on Software Testing. The company immediately recognised my talent and outsourced me to Titan Bank’s and was assigned to carry out system / functional testing on the banks Corporate Internet Banking application. This was during the Covid-19 pandemic, I had the pleasure of working from home which was my first experience of working from home. The experience gave me the opportunity to interact with different testers via Skype. Interaction with the Titan Bank developers was well coordinated. We made use of Skype to communicate. It’s amazing how time passes you by when working from home. Sometimes we worked through the early hours of the morning. It was great fun and will be hoping that Hyperion Global Services outsources me to anther great client like Titan Trust Bank. Thank you Titan Trust Bank and Hyperion for giving me the opportunity to work as a System Tester and also on a project like Corporate Internet Banking.
I worked on Titan Trust Bank’s Corporate Website. It’s amazing how the current global pandemic issues we have that have prevented many of us from returning to the office but the new norm of working from home is even more exciting. Whilst on this project, the client granted us VPN remote access which enabled myself and other testers from Hyperion with Titan Trust Bank’s development team to work together. We successfully communicated via Skype. Defects were raised using Skype. The project was a success. The beauty about it is that working from the comfort of our homes, we were able to work at odd hours of the night. We found ourselves working more hours than we would usually do, if being in the office. Thanks to Titan Trust Bank and Hyperion.
